Leather Goods Export Coordinator – Agra | Production & Dispatch

About This Role

Agra Leather Exports is hiring a Production and Export Coordinator to manage order tracking, production scheduling, and shipment coordination for its leather footwear and accessories export unit. Agra is India's largest footwear manufacturing city, and this role places you at the centre of its export supply chain. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in a leather or garment export house are preferred, though motivated freshers with relevant education will also be considered.

Role Context

You will coordinate between the production floor, the buying agent, and the freight forwarder for each export order. Orders come from buyers in the UK, Germany, and the Middle East. Each order has a shipment deadline and you are responsible for tracking production progress, raising alerts for delays, and ensuring pre-shipment inspection and documentation are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Track production progress against buyer order schedules and shipment deadlines
• Coordinate with the factory floor supervisor for daily output updates
• Prepare and maintain export documentation — packing list, invoice, GST export records
• Coordinate pre-shipment inspection appointment with the nominated agency
• Liaise with the freight forwarder for booking, BL, and customs clearance
• Communicate shipment status updates to the buying agent or overseas buyer

Requirements & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in export coordination, production planning, or logistics
• Basic understanding of export documentation — invoice, packing list, shipping bill
• Good MS Excel for order tracking and MIS
• Written English for buyer communication via email
• B.Com / BBA or Diploma in Export Management preferred
• Familiarity with Agra's leather industry ecosystem is a strong plus
