Raytheon Technologies
Raytheon Technologies is hiring an Embedded Hardware Engineer to develop electronics for radar systems, guided missiles, electronic warfare platforms, and defense sensors. You will design PCBs and embedded systems that operate under extreme conditions — high-altitude, high-G, and RF-dense environments where failure is not an option.
Raytheon's hardware teams develop electronics for missile guidance computers, radar processor cards, and EW receiver front-ends. Programs typically span 3–7 years from design to delivery, giving engineers deep experience in MIL-SPEC hardware qualification and DO-254 design assurance processes. Teams of 10–20 hardware engineers work across the full lifecycle from requirements through acceptance testing.
Engineers motivated by mission-critical work who want deep expertise in hardware design for defense applications. Raytheon offers long program cycles that let engineers build mastery, clearance opportunities that increase career leverage, and the stability of a major defense prime contractor.
Raytheon Technologies (RTX) is a top-three global defense contractor, producing missiles, radar systems, electronic warfare equipment, and aircraft engines. Its Raytheon Intelligence & Space and Missiles & Defense businesses employ over 30,000 engineers and serve the US DoD, NATO allies, and international defense customers.
