Role Context
Deloitte's technology consultants work on project teams alongside senior managers and partners. Associate hires are staffed on client engagements within 4–6 weeks of joining. You will receive formal onboarding training covering Deloitte's delivery methodology, project tools, and client engagement protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cloud migration, ERP implementation, or digital modernization workstreams
- Gather and document client technical requirements through structured interviews
- Develop solution components using low-code platforms, cloud services, or custom code
- Build and validate test cases for new system features and integration points
- Prepare status updates, technical documentation, and executive-facing slide decks
- Build skills through Deloitte's internal training programs and certification support
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a STEM-related field (2024–2026 grad)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), or data tools
- Professional communication and confidence in client-facing environments
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to adapt across different project environments
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required (up to 50%)
