You should have a solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube and know how to create engaging posts that build audience and drive reach. Experience with content scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Write captions, hashtags, and calls to action aligned with the brand voice
• Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions — engage with the audience consistently
• Analyse monthly performance metrics and prepare simple reports for clients
• Coordinate with the content and design team for creative assets

Requirements:

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
• Creative thinking and ability to generate platform-relevant content ideas
• 3–4 hours of daily availability — flexible timing
