SwiftShip Canada is hiring Order Pickers for our Pitt Meadows, BC fulfilment facility. This is a full-time onsite position requiring no previous experience, ideal for candidates in Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, and Port Coquitlam looking for immediate warehouse work with strong pay and growth potential. Our Pitt Meadows facility is one of BC's newest and largest fulfilment operations, featuring modern warehouse technology and a supportive team environment for new associates.

As an Order Picker at our Pitt Meadows location, you will use scanner-directed routing to navigate our large fulfilment warehouse, locate customer order items in bin storage, and pick them accurately for the packing team within required productivity windows each shift.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete SwiftShip Canada's paid orientation at our Pitt Meadows facility covering scanner operation, warehouse navigation, pick-rate targets, safety training, and ergonomic lifting coaching. By day three you'll be picking live orders on the warehouse floor with full team lead support during your ramp-up period.

Responsibilities:

• Use RF scanner to receive and process pick task assignments across designated warehouse zones in Pitt Meadows
• Navigate warehouse aisles efficiently to locate products in assigned bin locations following scanner routing
• Pick correct products in correct quantities per customer order assignments with high scan accuracy
• Transport picked items to packing station consolidation areas within required productivity windows
• Perform zone replenishment to maintain product availability in assigned picking areas during shift
• Report mispicks, empty bins, damaged products, and safety concerns to team leads immediately
• Achieve and maintain daily pick rate and order accuracy targets set by SwiftShip Canada management

Requirements:

• No experience needed — SwiftShip Canada trains all Order Pickers fully on the job from day one
• Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in Canada
• Physical fitness to walk 10 to 15 km per shift and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and ability to sustain accuracy while working at required pick rate targets
• Flexible shift availability including days, evenings, nights, and weekends at Pitt Meadows BC
