Fresher Hub is placing Part-Time Graphic Design Assistants with small businesses and marketing teams in Delhi that need regular visual content without a full-time designer on staff. The role involves creating social media graphics, print-ready promotional materials, and basic brand assets. Ideal for students in design, fine arts, or mass communication who want paid client work while completing their degree.

Role Context

You will support one client team, producing 5 to 8 design assets per week based on a brief shared at the start of each week. Assets include Instagram posts, stories, banner ads, and occasional flyers or menu cards. Work is done using tools you already know — Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop. Files are submitted via shared Google Drive, and feedback is provided within 24 hours by the client point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics in the correct dimensions for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Create print-ready files for flyers, posters, and promotional banners when required
• Follow the client brand guide for colors, fonts, and logo usage in every asset
• Deliver 5 to 8 design files per week by the agreed submission deadline
• Revise designs based on client feedback within one working day
• Organize and label all files clearly in the shared Drive folder

Requirements & Skills

• Currently enrolled in a design, fine arts, or communication program
• Proficient in Canva and at least one of: Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• A portfolio or collection of design work — college projects count
• Good eye for layout, color balance, and typography
• Comfortable meeting weekly output deadlines and incorporating feedback without friction
