Chat Support Executive Remote Jobs India – Walmart Customer Support

Responsibilities:

• Handle real-time customer queries via Walmart's chat support platform
• Resolve order issues, delivery complaints, refund requests, and product queries
• Maintain accurate chat logs and update customer records in the CRM system
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team
• Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets set by the team

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline — freshers welcome
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with good accuracy
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Reliable laptop/PC and a stable broadband internet connection
