Fresher Jobs Hub is hiring Order Pickers for Walmart's Online Grocery Fulfilment centre in Bangalore. In this active, hands-on role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching grocery orders placed by customers through Walmart's online platform. This is a full-time onsite position with immediate joining available.

No prior warehouse experience is required — Walmart provides full training on their fulfilment systems and processes. This role is suited to physically active individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick grocery items from designated storage areas based on digital order sheets
• Pack orders accurately according to packing standards and weight guidelines
• Scan products to confirm correct items and quantities before dispatch
• Maintain the picking area in a clean and organised condition
• Meet daily order picking targets set by the fulfilment team lead
• Report damaged, missing, or expired products to the supervisor

Requirements:

• 10th pass or above — no degree required
• Physically fit — role involves walking, bending, and lifting
• Basic reading ability to follow order lists and labels
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to work in shifts
• Team player with a positive attitude
