Fresher Jobs Hub is hiring an HR Associate for Walmart's Talent and Staffing department in Bangalore. This is an onsite role within Walmart India's human resources function, focusing on recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and associate engagement programmes. You will support the HR Business Partner team across multiple HR processes — from sourcing candidates to managing joining formalities and maintaining accurate employee records in Walmart's HR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment activities — job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires including documentation and induction
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS accurately
• Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Organise employee engagement activities and HR communication campaigns
• Respond to general HR queries from associates and managers

Requirements:

• Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or related discipline
• 0–2 years of HR experience — freshers with MBA HR are welcome
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR management software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of confidentiality and professional integrity
