Role Context

Associate data scientists at Salesforce work on teams building AI features embedded in the CRM platform — lead scoring, opportunity forecasting, churn prediction, and natural language search. You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and senior scientists to take models from prototype to production features used by enterprise sales teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ML models for B2B sales predictions, recommendation, and customer intelligence
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Salesforce data infrastructure
• Evaluate model performance, bias, and fairness across diverse customer segments
• Design experiments to measure the impact of AI features on customer outcomes
• Work with Tableau to create analytical dashboards for internal and customer-facing use
• Contribute to Salesforce Einstein's AI capabilities and Agentforce platform features

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Python proficiency with experience in scikit-learn, XGBoost, or similar libraries
• Strong SQL skills for querying CRM and event data
• Understanding of classification, regression, and recommendation system fundamentals
• Familiarity with Salesforce products or CRM data is a plus
• Interest in Generative AI and LLM-based applications is a plus
