Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe English-language audio files for business, academic, and legal clients

• Complete assigned project files before the batch deadline
• Communicate proactively with the project coordinator about audio quality issues
• Maintain quality standards that meet or exceed a 98% accuracy benchmark
• Handle a variety of content types from lecture recordings to board meeting minutes

Requirements & Skills

• Native or advanced English proficiency
• Typing speed of at least 55 WPM
• Reliable computer setup with headphones and consistent internet
• Ability to work under project deadline constraints
• Attention to detail and commitment to the 98% accuracy standard
• Prior transcription experience preferred but not mandatory
