Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated transcripts against source audio and correct errors

• Meet per-assignment turnaround times within Verbit's platform
• Flag systemic AI error patterns to help improve the underlying model

Requirements & Skills

• Strong English grammar, vocabulary, and listening skills
• Comfortable using browser-based editing tools
• Typing speed of 55+ WPM recommended
• Ability to work with academic, legal, or media content
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy over speed
• Prior transcription or proofreading experience preferred
