Role Context

SLC1 is a medium-format fulfillment center serving Utah, Idaho, and parts of Nevada and Wyoming. It handles a diverse product catalog and runs both manual and robotic storage zones. Associates are assigned to a primary work function after completing two weeks of onboarding, with opportunities to cross-train based on staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify product quantities
• Stow items into correct bin locations using scanner-guided workflows
• Pick customer orders from storage using handheld device instructions
• Pack and seal shipments to Amazon standards
• Sort outbound parcels by carrier for conveyor routing
• Participate in daily safety stand-ups and follow all posted protocols

Requirements & Skills

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Physically active — able to stand and lift up to 49 lbs for 10 hours
• Consistent availability on scheduled days and weekends
• English literacy for scanner operation
• No warehouse experience required
