Role Context

ABQ1 is a compact, community-focused delivery station. The team is smaller than a typical fulfillment center, creating a closer-knit daily working environment. Associates know their route drivers by name and play a direct role in whether customers receive their packages on time each day. Shifts are 8 hours and end in the early afternoon, leaving the rest of the day free.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload incoming package trailers and scan items into the station system
• Sort packages by delivery route number into designated floor staging areas
• Load delivery vehicles in correct route order for driver efficiency
• Handle fragile or special-handling items per posted guidelines
• Assist drivers with package manifests and departure paperwork
• Maintain a safe and organized loading dock throughout the shift

Requirements & Skills

• 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 49 lbs and work on your feet for 8 hours
• Early morning availability (5 AM start)
• No delivery or warehouse experience required
