Role Context

CLT3 is a sortable fulfillment center with both manual and robotic storage zones. New associates go through a structured onboarding process covering safety, scan operations, and productivity expectations before joining their permanent work area assignment. Cross-training opportunities within the first 90 days are common based on staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process inbound vendor shipments
• Stow products into bin locations using handheld scanner guidance
• Pick customer order items from shelving or pod-delivered inventory
• Pack and seal shipments to Amazon quality standards
• Sort parcels onto outbound carrier conveyors
• Support returns processing when assigned

Requirements & Skills

• 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Physically active and able to work on your feet for 10 hours
• Able to lift packages weighing up to 49 lbs
• Basic English literacy for scanner prompts
• No warehouse experience required
