Role Context

DEN3 fulfills orders for Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, and parts of Kansas and Nebraska. The facility runs robotic-assisted pick zones and handles a diverse product mix. Associates rotate through departments during training and are placed into a primary work area based on facility needs and personal performance within the first 30–60 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Stow incoming inventory using scan-based confirmation at each bin location
• Pick customer order units from warehouse storage using handheld device directions
• Pack shipments using appropriate box types and apply carrier-specific labels
• Sort outbound packages onto conveyor lanes by carrier and zone
• Handle and resolve mispick or misrouted items per process guidelines
• Keep your zone organized and flag any safety issues immediately

Requirements & Skills

• 18 or older; GED or high school diploma required
• Physically active — able to stand and lift up to 49 lbs for 10 hours
• Reliable and on-time with a consistent weekday and weekend availability
• Able to read scanner screen prompts in English
• No prior experience needed
