Role Context

ATL6 operates a hybrid model with both robotic and manual storage zones. Associates in the robotic zone stand at pick stations while pods deliver inventory to them; those in manual zones walk aisles to stow and pick products. New hires are assigned to zones based on staffing needs, and many cross-train in multiple areas within their first 60 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, stow, pick, or pack items depending on assigned work area
• Operate handheld barcode scanners to guide all inventory movements
• Meet daily rate targets while maintaining accuracy standards
• Communicate volume issues or system errors to process assistants
• Participate in stand-up safety briefings at the start of each shift
• Support inventory control tasks such as cycle counts and defect flagging

Requirements & Skills

• Must be 18 or older with a GED or high school diploma
• Physically active and able to work a 10-hour shift on your feet
• Able to lift packages up to 49 lbs
• English reading ability for scanner prompts
• No prior experience needed; all training is paid
