Role Context

IND5 is a multi-million-square-foot sortable fulfillment center handling everything from paperback books to power tools. Night associates manage the outbound half of the fulfillment cycle — picking, packing, and sorting orders after they are placed by customers during the day. Teams of 30–50 associates work under an area manager and two or three process assistants per zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick units from bin locations using scan-guided instructions
• Pack customer orders into right-sized boxes and apply shipping labels
• Sort outbound parcels by carrier zone on conveyor or manual sort lines
• Stow returned inventory back into system-assigned locations
• Support daily inventory audits when assigned by area manager
• Follow all required safety procedures including PPE in forklift zones

Requirements & Skills

• 18 years or older; high school diploma or GED required
• Able to lift up to 49 lbs and sustain physical activity for 10 hours
• Reliable overnight availability including weekends
• Basic literacy for scanner and label reading
• No experience necessary — paid training provided
