Amazon's IND5 Fulfillment Center in Indianapolis is hiring night shift Warehouse Associates. Indianapolis sits at a major logistics crossroads in the US, and Amazon's Indy facilities operate around the clock to meet Prime delivery commitments. Night shift is a four-day, 10-hour schedule — giving you three consecutive days off each week.
IND5 is a multi-million-square-foot sortable fulfillment center handling everything from paperback books to power tools. Night associates manage the outbound half of the fulfillment cycle — picking, packing, and sorting orders after they are placed by customers during the day. Teams of 30–50 associates work under an area manager and two or three process assistants per zone.
Indy residents who want a physical, active job with strong pay and three days off each week. Night shift suits people who need daytime availability for school, family, or other commitments. No prior experience needed.
Amazon has invested billions in Indiana's logistics infrastructure, operating multiple fulfillment and sortation centers across Indianapolis and the surrounding metro. The company is a major employer in the region, known for above-average hourly wages and benefits compared to traditional warehouse employers.
