New hires spend their first two weeks in training with a dedicated onboarding ambassador before transitioning to full productivity expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming freight and verify contents against manifests
• Stow units into storage locations using a scan-and-confirm workflow
• Pick individual items from shelves to fulfill customer orders
• Pack shipments and apply correct carrier labels
• Conduct quality checks on packed orders before release to outbound
• Adhere to Amazon's safety culture by following all posted guidelines

Requirements & Skills

• 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Able to work a 10-hour shift on your feet
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 49 lbs
• Basic English reading ability
• No warehouse experience required
