Role Context

PHX3 serves the greater Phoenix metro area and processes high volumes of Prime orders for same-day and next-day delivery. Night associates are pivotal in outbound operations — packing and sorting orders so morning delivery routes are fully loaded by sunrise. You will work in an air-conditioned environment alongside robotics-assisted picking technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick items from warehouse storage locations using scan-guided directions
• Pack completed orders into shipment boxes, applying correct labels
• Sort outbound packages by carrier and delivery zone
• Support inbound stow operations when pick volume is low
• Clean and organize work area before end of shift
• Report any product damage or equipment issues to the area manager

Requirements & Skills

• 18 years or older; GED or high school diploma
• Comfortable standing and moving for a full 10-hour shift
• Able to lift up to 49 lbs without assistance
• Available to work nights including weekends as scheduled
• No warehouse or logistics experience needed
