Role Context

CVG1 is a sortable fulfillment center spanning over 800,000 square feet. Night shift associates are responsible for keeping order throughput moving during the peak outbound window. You will work in one of the core functional areas — receive, stow, pick, or pack — with rotation possible during your first 90 days based on business need.

Key Responsibilities

• Stow products into inventory bins following location prompts on a handheld scanner
• Pick individual units from bin locations to fulfill customer orders
• Pack and seal completed orders for carrier handoff
• Sort outbound packages by carrier and zip code destination
• Support inbound receiving operations during truck arrival windows
• Follow all safety protocols including PPE requirements in designated zones

Requirements & Skills

• 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 49 lbs per shift
• Willingness to work overnight hours including weekends
• Basic literacy for scanner-guided tasks
• Reliable transportation to the Hebron, KY location
• No warehouse experience necessary
