Role Context

ONT2 is a high-throughput facility operating 24 hours a day. Day shift associates process the bulk of inbound inventory and work within a robotic pick grid where pods deliver shelves directly to associate stations. This reduces walking and allows associates to focus on accurate, high-speed picking. The team environment is structured with clear productivity expectations and daily feedback from area managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check in inbound freight from supplier trucks
• Stow incoming units into the robotic grid system accurately
• Pick items brought to your station by robotic pods and place them in totes
• Pack customer orders to Amazon quality standards
• Label and send packages down the outbound conveyor system
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift

Requirements & Skills

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
• Able to stand or walk for up to 10 hours with regular scheduled breaks
• Capable of lifting and moving packages up to 49 lbs
• Ability to read and follow scanner-guided instructions in English
• Reliable transportation to Eastvale facility
• No previous warehouse experience required
