Role Context

BFI3 serves the greater Seattle metropolitan area and processes a large volume of Amazon Prime same-day and next-day orders. Night shift associates are critical to ensuring packages are staged and ready for morning carrier pickup. The team is typically 200–400 associates working across two floors with robotics assistance in the stow and pick zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan and stow incoming inventory into bin locations across the fulfillment floor
• Pick customer orders guided by a handheld device with turn-by-turn directions
• Pack and seal shipments, applying correct labels for carrier routing
• Load sorted packages onto outbound conveyor lines for morning carrier pickup
• Conduct end-of-shift area clean-up and equipment checks
• Report damaged goods, equipment faults, or safety hazards to shift supervisors

Requirements & Skills

• 18 years or older; high school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift up to 49 lbs and stand for a full 10-hour shift
• Comfortable working overnight hours in a climate-controlled warehouse
• Basic reading ability to follow scanner instructions
• Reliable transportation to and from the Kent facility late at night
• No experience required — all training is paid and on the job
