Meta is hiring an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and people-operations partner to engineering or business leadership teams. You will own the full employee lifecycle for a client group — from talent planning and organizational design to performance management and employee relations — supporting leaders who oversee teams of 100 to 1,000 employees.
HRBPs at Meta act as strategic partners, not administrative processors. You will have a real seat in leadership team discussions, advising on org structure, spans and layers, attrition risk, and talent development. The role requires both empathy for individual employee situations and the analytical rigor to track people metrics and identify systemic trends before they become problems.
