Meta
Meta is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs across its infrastructure and product teams. You will drive the delivery of large initiatives by aligning multiple engineering teams, tracking dependencies, and removing blockers — while maintaining a clear technical understanding of the systems involved.
TPMs at Meta are not project administrators — they are technical contributors who drive programs that span multiple engineering orgs. You will own the end-to-end delivery of your program, which may involve migration of a large internal service, a multi-team product launch, or a compliance-driven infrastructure change. The role requires enough technical depth to read design docs critically and enough organizational skill to keep six engineering teams aligned simultaneously.
Former engineers or experienced TPMs who enjoy leading complex work without direct authority. You are organized, technically credible, and thrive in environments where the path forward is unclear and the stakeholder list is long.
Meta runs some of the most complex multi-team engineering programs in the industry — from global infrastructure migrations to AI platform launches. TPMs here operate with high autonomy and significant organizational influence, driving programs that affect billions of users.
Apply through Meta Careers. Search "Technical Program Manager." The interview includes a program design case, a cross-functional scenario discussion, and a behavioral round focused on driving results through influence.
