Role Context

Meta's bootcamp model gives new grad engineers 6 weeks to rotate across teams before committing. Engineers ship meaningful code within their first month post-bootcamp and run A/B experiments that reach millions of users. Teams are small, cross-functional, and move quickly — you will work alongside product, design, and data science daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across Meta's family of apps and infrastructure
• Write efficient, scalable code in Python, C++, Hack, or JavaScript
• Run A/B experiments and analyze results to guide product decisions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team engineering standards
• Debug production issues and improve system reliability
• Collaborate with design, product, and data science counterparts daily

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent (2025 or 2026 grad)
• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Hack
• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns
• Experience with web, mobile, or systems programming through coursework or projects
• Ability to work independently on fast-moving product teams
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration instincts
