Role Context

You will work on an e-commerce storefront built with Vue 3 (Composition API) and Pinia for state management. The team follows an atomic design system and releases bi-weekly. As a fresher, you will own individual UI components and feature pages, with your work reviewed by a senior Vue developer before merging. The entire team works across US time zones with async-first communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Vue 3 components using the Composition API and TypeScript
• Implement page-level views with Vue Router for SPA navigation
• Manage state using Pinia or Vuex depending on project requirements
• Fetch and display data from REST APIs using Axios
• Write component tests using Vitest or Jest with Vue Testing Library
• Fix CSS/UI bugs and ensure cross-browser consistency

Requirements & Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or a web development program
• JavaScript proficiency (ES6+) and basic TypeScript understanding
• Vue.js knowledge — components, props, events, and reactivity basics
• HTML5 and CSS3 skills for layout and styling
• Git version control experience
• A Vue.js project (academic or personal) to reference during the interview
