Role Context

You will join a small Flutter team building a logistics tracking app used by field workers across the US. The app uses Flutter with Bloc for state management and communicates with a Node.js backend. The codebase is well-structured and the team follows strict widget decomposition practices. Freshers are expected to get productive within the first two weeks using the team's documented onboarding guide.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Flutter UI screens and custom widgets in Dart
• Manage app state using Bloc or Provider
• Consume REST APIs using Dio and handle response parsing
• Implement local data persistence using Hive or SQLite (sqflite)
• Test on both Android and iOS emulators and real devices
• Write widget tests and collaborate during team code reviews

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
• Dart language fundamentals and Flutter widget basics
• Understanding of stateful vs stateless widgets and the Flutter widget tree
• Basic API integration experience in Flutter
• Familiarity with Git workflows
• A Flutter project (published or unpublished) to demonstrate during interviews
