Accenture is hiring a Junior Full Stack Developer on a hybrid schedule to support enterprise application development for clients in financial services and retail. Role Context

You will be part of Accenture's Technology Development Program, placed on a client-facing delivery team. The team builds web applications using React on the frontend and Java Spring Boot or Node.js on the backend. Onsite days are used for sprint ceremonies, design sessions, and client syncs; remote days are heads-down development time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop features across frontend (React) and backend (Node.js or Java Spring Boot)
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Write unit and integration tests for your code
• Assist with deployments to cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
• Collaborate with UX designers to implement UI specifications accurately
• Document technical work in Confluence and track tasks in Jira

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Basic proficiency in JavaScript/React and one backend language (Java, Node.js, or Python)
• Understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, and relational databases
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology
• Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Willingness to commute to the office 2 days per week
