Role Context

Palantir FDEs are simultaneously engineers and strategic advisors. You will travel to client sites, understand their data problems, build ML-powered applications using Palantir AIP and Foundry, and train client teams to use the tools. No two deployments are the same — you will work on logistics optimization one quarter and clinical AI the next.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure ML and AI workflows within Palantir AIP and Foundry for client use cases
• Build prompt engineering workflows and LLM agent pipelines for operational decision-making
• Integrate client data sources and design ontologies for AI-driven analytics
• Train client teams on AI tools and gather feedback to inform product development
• Collaborate with Palantir product engineers to build new platform capabilities from client needs
• Document deployment architectures and contribute to internal best practice libraries

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or a quantitative field (2024–2025 grad)
• Strong coding ability in Python; familiarity with data analysis and ML concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication — you will present to senior client stakeholders
• Intellectual versatility — comfort switching between domains and problem types quickly
• Comfort with frequent travel (25–50%) to client sites across the US and internationally
• Prior internship in tech, consulting, or defense is a plus but not required
