Role Context

Salesforce Einstein AI teams work on NLP, recommendation, forecasting, and generative AI applied to CRM data. Associate engineers are paired with senior ML engineers and work within Agile product teams, balancing model development with platform integration work. Key Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on ML models for NLP, classification, and recommendation tasks
• Develop and maintain feature engineering pipelines on CRM datasets
• Integrate LLM-based capabilities into Einstein products via prompt engineering and fine-tuning
• Run A/B tests to evaluate AI feature impact on customer outcomes
• Write production-quality Python code with full unit and integration test coverage
• Document model decisions and present results to product and engineering stakeholders

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (2024–2025 grad)
• Python proficiency with ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Familiarity with NLP tasks — text classification, summarization, or entity extraction
• Understanding of model evaluation, cross-validation, and metrics interpretation
• Basic SQL and data wrangling skills
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
