Role Context

Infosys Associate BAs start with structured training covering Java, Python, cloud basics, and Agile methodology before joining a client account. Your first assignment will be on a delivery team supporting application development or maintenance for a U.S.-based enterprise client. Team size typically ranges from 10–30 engineers per account.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in solution design discussions with senior BAs and technical teams
• Validate that business needs are accurately captured in technical specs and user stories
• Support requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and process walkthroughs
• Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specs, and process maps
• Assist in test case development, execution, and defect management activities
• Collaborate with IT developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 0–1 years of experience; strong fresh graduates are considered
• Foundational knowledge of business analysis and requirements documentation
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and SDLC concepts
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, and Visio
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer visa sponsorship
