Role Context

EY's Data & Analytics team within Technology Consulting builds data infrastructure and analytics solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Associates join an engagement team and own defined analytical or technical workstreams — using ETL tools, BI platforms, and SQL to deliver client reporting and data architecture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify data strategy, BI reporting, and data warehousing needs
• Build ETL pipelines and data models using Informatica, SSIS, or Talend
• Develop dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
• Lead projects addressing critical bottlenecks in analytics pipelines and reporting systems
• Support end-to-end delivery using agile or traditional SDLC methodologies
• Deliver work within a billable-hour environment while maintaining strong client service

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
• 0–4 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or software engineering
• Knowledge of ETL tools and data pipeline development approaches
• Experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and SQL databases
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and client presentation skills
• Must be a U.S. worker as defined by U.S. Department of Labor regulations
