Role Context

Consulting Analysts at Cognizant join client delivery teams for IT enablement and process analysis engagements. Cognizant's Digital Accelerator training program covers business analysis, agile delivery, and cloud fundamentals over 4–8 weeks before project placement. You will work in pods of 4–8 engineers reporting to a technical lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews and workshops
• Create process documentation using UML diagrams, flowcharts, and Visio
• Draft user stories and acceptance criteria in agile sprint planning sessions
• Coordinate communication between project leadership, technical teams, and clients
• Support project planning activities including scheduling and status reporting
• Help validate delivered solutions against functional and non-functional requirements

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
• Foundational understanding of business process analysis and requirements documentation
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Interest in technology, digital transformation, and SaaS platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across team functions
• ServiceNow certifications (CAD or CSA) preferred but not required
