Role Context

Accenture campus hires complete a formal training program covering cloud fundamentals, BA tools, and delivery methodology before project placement. You will rotate across engagements in your first two years, building technical breadth and client skills across industries including financial services, retail, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements through client interviews and workshops
• Build and maintain performance metrics and reporting tools using Excel, SQL, and BI platforms
• Analyze client data to surface actionable insights and improvement opportunities
• Support project planning, status reporting, risk tracking, and issue resolution
• Prepare and present analytical deliverables and client-ready reports

Requirements & Skills
