Microsoft's Aspire Experience program gives early career analysts structured onboarding, mentorship pairing, and rotation opportunities across business groups. You will contribute to planning cycles, forecasting models, and performance reporting for real product lines from your first month.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to surface business performance insights
• Build analytical models in Excel, Power BI, and SQL to support planning and forecasting
• Partner with stakeholders across finance, product, and engineering to resolve data questions
• Identify process improvement opportunities and quantify their business impact
• Communicate findings through polished presentations and written executive summaries

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, Statistics, CS, or a related field (recent graduate)
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; Power BI or Tableau experience strongly preferred
• Strong quantitative problem-solving and data storytelling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional stakeholder work
