Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data visualizations, dashboards, and executive reports for client stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
• Perform statistical modeling and data mining to answer client analytical questions
• Conduct root-cause analysis and data quality assessments across client datasets
• Support agile sprint delivery — estimating tasks, attending standups, and owning analytics workstreams
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams on solution design and user testing

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, CS, Data Science, Math, or Statistics (graduating 2025–2026)
• GPA of 3.0 or above; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must reside within ~100 miles of Gilbert AZ, Lake Mary FL, or Mechanicsburg PA
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and agile teamwork skills
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
