Role Context

Analysts at Deloitte GPS join project teams embedded with government clients, working on analytics initiatives that span data pipeline development, dashboard delivery, and statistical reporting. You will be mentored by senior consultants and expected to ramp up to independent deliverables within your first 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform complex datasets into clear, decision-ready insights through quantitative analysis
• Build and maintain data pipelines, analytics dashboards, and automated reports for clients
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to surface trends, anomalies, and performance gaps
• Document analytical methodologies and present findings to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior consultants on client deliverables and engagement workstreams
• Support data governance, quality assurance, and metadata management activities

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, CS, Math, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting (2025–2026 graduate)
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 minimum; 3.4 preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; Python or R knowledge preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work from assigned office location
