This is a commission-supplemented hourly role — the harder you work and the more you sell, the more you earn, all from the comfort of your own home.

This role suits competitive, self-motivated individuals who are not afraid of the phone, enjoy building rapport quickly, and take genuine satisfaction in closing a deal. You will receive product training for each client you represent, scripts and objection-handling guides to start with, and ongoing coaching to refine your technique. Our top remote sales reps consistently earn well above the base hourly rate through commissions.

A Typical Sales Shift:

You log in, review your lead list for the day, and begin working through outbound calls or handling inbound inquiry queues depending on client assignment. You qualify prospects, deliver compelling pitches, handle objections with confidence, and move qualified leads through to a proposal or close. You log all activity in the CRM within 15 minutes of each call.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads using client-provided lists and prescribed call guides
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from prospects who responded to marketing campaigns
  • Qualify prospects based on defined ICP criteria and advance viable leads through the pipeline
  • Deliver compelling product or service presentations tailored to each prospect's stated needs
  • Handle common objections professionally and confidently using trained rebuttals
  • Close sales or schedule follow-up calls and demos for senior account executives
  • Log every call, email, and outcome in the CRM accurately within 15 minutes
  • Meet weekly activity targets for calls made, conversations held, and pipeline value generated

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing revenue-generating role
  • Confident, persuasive telephone manner with the resilience to handle rejection positively
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
  • Self-disciplined and results-focused — you hold yourself accountable to your own daily targets
  • Quiet home workspace and a reliable internet connection for call-based shifts
