Job Description

TalentBridge Canada is a data-driven digital marketing agency serving Canadian brands in retail, food and beverage, professional services, and non-profit sectors. Our marketing team runs paid search and social campaigns, manages SEO, and produces content and email marketing at scale. We are hiring a proactive part-time Digital Marketing Assistant to provide hands-on support across our campaign operations and client-facing deliverables from a fully remote position anywhere in Canada.

This role is designed for someone who wants to build a comprehensive digital marketing skill set by working alongside experienced specialists every day. You will not be stuck doing just one task — you will rotate through paid ads, organic content, analytics, and email depending on what needs the most support each week. Growth here is fast for people who ask questions, take initiative, and care about results.

What You Will Be Doing Week to Week:

Mondays you assist with campaign monitoring and pull performance reports. Midweek you help prepare creative briefs, schedule social posts, and update landing page copy. Thursdays and Fridays you support the email team with list segmentation, template QA, and send scheduling. You join the team stand-up twice a week via video call.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and monitoring paid search and social media advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Pull weekly campaign performance data and compile reports in Google Looker Studio
  • Schedule and publish approved social media posts using Hootsuite or Later
  • Assist with email campaign setup, list segmentation, and A/B test preparation in Mailchimp or Klaviyo
  • Support keyword research, content briefing, and competitor analysis for SEO projects
  • Update website copy, product descriptions, and blog posts via WordPress or Shopify
  • Maintain organized campaign asset folders and content calendars in shared workspaces
  • Assist with influencer outreach tracking and partnership coordination

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with at least one digital marketing channel — paid ads, SEO, email, or social
  • Comfortable working with data — you do not need to be a data scientist, but you need to read a report
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and ask for prioritization guidance when needed
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a strong asset
