TalentBridge Canada manages the digital marketing functions for a portfolio of Canadian small businesses and service brands. Our remote social media team creates, schedules, and monitors content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok — helping clients build audience, generate leads, and stay top of mind in their local markets. We are hiring a creative and analytical part-time Social Media Manager who can own the social presence of two to three assigned client accounts from anywhere in Canada.
You will be given access to each client's brand guidelines, content calendar, and analytics dashboards. Your job is to create or source on-brand visuals and captions, schedule them for optimal times, monitor comments and DMs, and report on performance monthly. You will work closely with our content strategist and graphic designer but will have creative latitude to bring fresh ideas to each account.
Your Weekly Rhythm:
Monday is planning day — you review analytics from the prior week, finalize the upcoming content calendar, and create or brief any graphics needed. Tuesday through Thursday you schedule posts, engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor hashtag performance. Friday you compile a brief performance snapshot and share it with the account lead.
