Job Description

QuickShift Canada is seeking a dependable part-time Office Assistant at its Edmonton headquarters to support administrative operations across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

  • File, scan, and digitize documents in our records management system
  • Prepare meeting materials, print agendas, and take minutes when required
  • Order office supplies and track inventory
  • Assist with data entry and updating internal spreadsheets
  • Support the reception team during peak hours

Skills Needed:

  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Discretion in handling confidential company information
  • Office administration certificate is preferred

Terms & Perks:
