Job Description

CityWork Canada is hiring a part-time Receptionist for a busy professional services firm in Calgary. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a professional and welcoming impression.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors and notify the appropriate staff
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate catering when needed
  • Sort and distribute mail and courier deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy, presentable state

Candidate Requirements:

  • Professional, polished communication style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage interruptions gracefully
  • Bilingual English/French is an advantage
  • 1+ year of reception or front-desk experience preferred

What Is On Offer:

  • $18–$23/hr
  • Shifts available: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
  • Professional office environment in central Calgary
