Your Responsibilities:

• Check guests in and out using our property management system
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room upgrades
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Process payments and manage front desk cash float
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent English communication; French is an asset
• Professional appearance and warm, welcoming manner
• Comfortable with hotel PMS software (training provided)
• Available for evening and weekend shifts
