QuickShift Canada is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Calgary office. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our location, handling inquiries, returns, and service requests with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and direct them to the right department
• Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Answer phone and in-person inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What We Are Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm demeanor under pressure
• Basic computer proficiency
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
