Ford Motor Company
Ford Motor Company is seeking Entry Level Manufacturing Engineers to join its Global Manufacturing team. You will work on vehicle assembly, stamping, or powertrain manufacturing processes that produce the F-150, Bronco, Explorer, and Ford's growing lineup of electric vehicles including the F-150 Lightning and Mustang Mach-E.
Ford's manufacturing engineers are assigned to a plant and a specific system area — such as body-in-white, general assembly, or paint — and are responsible for process ownership within that area. Entry-level engineers receive structured onboarding through Ford's Manufacturing Engineering organization and are expected to drive measurable improvements in quality, safety, and throughput within their first year.
This role suits engineering graduates who want to own real production processes from early in their careers, are comfortable on active assembly floors, and want to be part of Ford's once-in-a-generation shift to electric vehicle manufacturing. Candidates who are proactive, data-driven, and enjoy working closely with production teams will thrive here.
Ford Motor Company is a 120-year-old American automaker undergoing its most significant transformation, investing over $50 billion in electric vehicle and battery manufacturing. Its US manufacturing network includes over 40 plants producing trucks, SUVs, commercial vehicles, and EVs for global markets.
