Raytheon Technologies
Raytheon Technologies (RTX) is recruiting for its Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering, starting June 2026. This is a two-year rotational program consisting of three 8-month assignments across Raytheon's US sites, designed to build well-rounded manufacturing leaders out of new engineering graduates.
OLDP participants rotate through three distinct assignments — such as production engineering, industrial engineering, and supply chain operations — across different Raytheon facilities. Each rotation has a dedicated mentor and measurable deliverables. Graduates of the program typically advance to Manufacturing Engineer II or Operations Supervisor roles within 2–3 years. Relocation support is provided for each rotation.
Best suited for graduating engineers who want broad operational exposure across a global defense manufacturer rather than a single product line. The OLDP is competitive — applicants who have prior RTX internships, strong GPAs, and demonstrated leadership experience will be most successful. Mobility and adaptability are essential.
Raytheon Technologies is a Fortune 100 aerospace and defense company with over $75 billion in annual revenue and 185,000 employees worldwide. Its Raytheon division manufactures missiles, radar systems, and electronic warfare equipment for the US military and 100+ allied nations.
Apply through the RTX careers portal at the link above. Search "OLDP" or "Operations Leadership Development." The selection process includes an online application, a video interview, and a structured interview day with multiple operations leaders.
