You will support production of precision guided munitions and tactical missile systems on a 4x10 schedule — four 10-hour days with three days off each week — giving you strong work-life balance while working on some of the US military's most advanced weapon systems.
The Arlington MFC site produces HIMARS, ATACMS, PAC-3, and Javelin systems. As an early career engineer, you will be embedded in a manufacturing cell and supported by a senior engineer mentor. Your work directly impacts deliverables on active DoD contracts, meaning schedule and quality accountability start early in your career.
