Executive Driver Job in Garki Abuja – Government Office – ₦100,000

CapitalRide Nigeria is hiring an Executive Driver for a government-affiliated office in Garki, Abuja. The driver will transport a senior government official within Abuja and to occasional inter-state engagements. This is a formal public-sector environment, and the driver is expected to uphold the standards of conduct and presentation appropriate to a government setting.

Garki is the administrative hub of Abuja, housing numerous ministries, agencies, and government offices. The driver will need a working knowledge of government areas including the Federal Secretariat, NNPC, and adjacent facilities. Formal government driving protocol — including security check procedures — will be communicated during onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Transport the assigned official to government offices, meetings, and official functions
• Conduct official airport trips for domestic and international travel
• Follow approved routes and adhere to government vehicle policies
• Maintain the official vehicle's cleanliness, documentation, and roadworthiness
• Cooperate with security personnel at government facilities and checkpoints
• Maintain a trip logbook as required by the office's administrative team

Requirements:

• Valid Nigerian driver's licence
• Minimum 3 years of professional or government driving experience
• Familiarity with Garki, Central Business District, and Abuja's government areas
• Ability to pass a background verification check
• Formal, respectful conduct — understanding of public sector decorum
• Ability to handle stress calmly and maintain professionalism at all times
