Senior Executive Driver Job in Lagos – MD/CEO Duty – 7+ Yrs – ₦200,000+

PrimeDrive Nigeria is conducting a search for a Senior Executive Driver to serve a Managing Director/CEO in Lagos. This is the highest-level personal driver role currently on our books. The MD travels extensively across Lagos and frequently to Abuja, Port Harcourt, and other cities. With over ₦200,000 in monthly earnings, the compensation package reflects the trust and responsibility the role carries.

The selected candidate will become one of the MD's most relied-upon personal staff members. Absolute discretion is required — you will be present at sensitive business meetings, private family events, and high-security locations. Only candidates with at least 7 years of executive driving experience who can provide verifiable references from senior-level principals will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the dedicated personal driver for the MD/CEO across all commitments
• Plan inter-city and inter-state trips including logistics, route, and rest stops
• Manage the MD's primary vehicle and coordinate with PrimeDrive for fleet support
• Handle confidential schedules and locations with absolute discretion
• Conduct advance reconnaissance for new or high-security locations when required
• Be available on-call for urgent or late-night travel requirements

Requirements:

• 7+ years of continuous executive driving experience at MD/CEO or equivalent level
• Valid driver's licence with zero endorsements
• Verifiable references from previous senior-level principals
• Experience driving luxury vehicles — Mercedes, BMW, Land Cruiser, or equivalent
• Exceptional professionalism and emotional composure in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to travel at short notice
